3. The Fly 2

While the First Fly movie was a great movie, the second one fell short of people’s expectations. All the original concepts that were present in the first movie was entirely erased. There was no emotion, there was no character, it was all replaced by a bland character and a mutant puppy dog.

The plot goes like this. The CEO of a lab became the guardian of an orphan who is 5 years old, but appears to be 20 years old, because insect genes in his body. He matures in a laboratory without knowing his real nature, together with a pretty scientist named Beth as a friend. However, the fly within him starts to appear.

2. Maximum Overdrive

There seems to be a real disconnect between the quality of Stephen King’s horror novels and his films. It just doesn’t live up to the hype. It was quite a mess of a movie. The cinematography was totally bad with all the clumsy camera movements. The build up of the use of technology just went under and frankly failed.

The plot of the film is as follows. A comet starts a radiation storm on Earth that brings machines to life. A group of North Carolina peeps try to survive by avoiding trucks that want to kill them. The main character is a diner cook by the name of Bill. he devises an escape plan for his newly found friends.

1. House of the Dead

This movie held so much promise but also fell short to its name. The scenes were terribly recycled, and the concept just wasn’t executed masterfully. The movie became one of the biggest let downs of the year with flat performances from everyone.

The movie story is largely based on the video game of the same name.
